TCOL (Tax Certificates Online) is a fast, convenient way to obtain municipal tax certificates electronically. Lawyers and Notaries enter the property identifier (e.g. Parcel Identification (PID) or Roll/ARN number) and we return the tax certificate from any participating municipality.
