Year-End Filing Deadlines and Service Availability

The busy corporate filing season is fast approaching, and we want to ensure your filings go smoothly and your required dates are secured. Please see below for information on our services and hours of operation to ensure your corporate filings are processed on time and to plan around our holiday hours.

Guaranteeing Filing Dates:
To secure your required filing date, it is recommended that all year-end filings are submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2023.

Submitting Filing Requests:
When submitting by email, send your filing requests directly and only to [email protected] to ensure all filings are completed exactly as requested. Please always include your entity name in the subject line. Filings can also be submitted through our eCore portal. If you have any questions or need guidance on your year-end back-to-back filings, please contact us at your earliest opportunity to allow for sufficient time to obtain your required dates.

Given the high volume of filings at year-end, please allow for extra processing time during peak dates and times. Please file in advance whenever possible.

Urgent Filings:
We understand the urgency of all filings at this very busy time of year, and for this reason, we receive a very high volume of filings marked as urgent. Please include your required filing date and entity name in your email subject line for clarity and ease of reference. For example, your email subject line can be “FILE BY December 28, 2023 – Tim Hortons.”

Sufficient Funds:
Please ensure your firm funds your account with sufficient funds to cover the expected year-end filing fees. Having sufficient funds in your account will prevent any unnecessary delays in processing your filing requests.

Our offices will be closed on the following days:

Monday, Dec. 25, 2023
Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2023
Monday, Jan. 1, 2024
